James and Jess’ House of Goods was started from our love of treasure hunts for antique and vintage goods. Our journey began with a small collection of antique canning jars, which quickly grew into friends asking us to find unique, antique and vintage goods for them as well. The hunt expanded over the entire East Coast to find collectibles for others. We established an online presence with the help of Facebook in 2013.
Our customer base quickly grew as we strived to find cherished memorabilia yet still offer them at extremely reasonable prices. We were ecstatic to have fans not only within our community but also from other countries as well. We took advantage of our downtown’s pop-up shop event and then leaped into opening a permanent store front very soon after. By following a dream of doing something we love as a family, has really allowed us to grow. Not only has our family bond strengthened with this adventure, but we’re able to provide a better future for our family and appreciation of history among younger generations and preserving treasures of the past.
Going on 5 years, we started 2018 with a new location and new adventure. James and Jess’ House of Goods moved to a larger storefront. A vibrant marketplace with over 8000 sq ft, showcasing quality artisans, antiques, vintage, and vintage inspired new merchandise. The new shop is located at 37 W. Main St., Waynesboro, PA, 17268. Only a few blocks away.
We are open six days/week, Monday-Friday 12-5pm and Saturdays 10-5pm.
